This is a Travel position. You must live more than 30 miles from the facility to be considered for this position.

Registered Nurse - Neurology / Epilepsy Monitoring Unit Shift Details

• 3x12-hour shifts
• Rotating shift schedule (Days, Evenings, Nights)
• Blocked weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Holidays, On-Call, Callback, and Charge duties per unit needs
• 48 hours per week billed at regular time (rotational shift)

• Specialized neurological unit offering an exciting opportunity for nurses to grow their careers
• Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center
• The only Level 4 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit in the region
• Cares for acute and complex patients with conditions including stroke, epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, and Guillain-Barré Syndrome
• Utilizes state-of-the-art continuous video EEG technology to evaluate, diagnose, and treat seizures
• Fast-paced environment with an interdisciplinary team that values nurses' skills, talents, and compassion

Required Qualifications

• RN License (New York license only)
• Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience
• Telemetry experience required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• NIHSS certification
