Our client in Grapevine, TX is seeking a dedicated and relationship-focused Success Coach to support individuals as they work towards personal, educational, and professional goals. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of direct client-facing experience in social services, workforce development, career coaching, case management, counseling support, or a related field.
• Experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database or case management systems.
• Knowledge of FERPA guidelines is a plus. 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to establish trust while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries
• Ability to adapt coaching approaches to meet individual needs and circumstances

Hours:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, 30-minute lunch break

Compensation: $45,000 – 50,000
