Head Speed Coach — ProTrain Youth Training Program

ProTrain is hiring a dependable, organized coach to lead our youth speed training program. This role combines hands-on coaching, athlete progress tracking, and daily program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions focused on speed, strength, power, and proper movement mechanics.
• Use our performance technology to assess athletes, record results, and track progress.
• Maintain accurate athlete attendance records and follow up on missed sessions.
• Organize the training schedule, athlete groups, and assessment appointments.
• Adjust training based on each athlete’s age, ability, and progress.
• Communicate with parents about attendance, development, and training goals.
• Keep sessions safe, structured, engaging, and on time.
• Build athletes’ confidence, discipline, and leadership.

Ideal candidate

• Experience coaching youth athletes in speed and athletic development.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable using technology and maintaining accurate records.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to take ownership of the program.
