Robert Half is partnering with a growing North County organization that is adding a Recruiting Coordinator to its Talent Acquisition team. This position is perfect for someone who loves the fast pace of recruiting but is also extremely organized and detail-oriented.You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep candidates moving through the hiring process, from the initial application all the way through the offer and onboarding stage.Responsibilities:Coordinate interviews across multiple departments and hiring managersCommunicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and next stepsMaintain accurate applicant information in the ATSPost and update job openings across recruiting platformsReview incoming applications and resumes for basic qualificationsConduct initial candidate outreach and schedulingPrepare interview materials and candidate packetsCoordinate background checks and pre-employment requirementsPrepare offer documentation and assist with the offer processTrack candidates through each stage of the recruiting processMaintain recruiting reports and hiring metricsFollow up with hiring managers regarding interview feedbackAssist with onboarding once candidates accept offersHelp coordinate career fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiativesMaintain organized recruiting files and documentationAssist with special Talent Acquisition projects
