Job Title: Licensing Coach

Recruit with E. | Remote | Full-Time 

About the Role

Recruit with E. partners with insurance agencies to guide individuals through the process of obtaining their insurance license. Our Licensing Coaches play a critical role in helping candidates successfully launch their insurance careers.

As a Licensing Coach , you will serve as both mentor and accountability partner — supporting candidates through a proven study system while helping them stay motivated, organized, and prepared to pass their state exam.

What You’ll Do

\n
• Manage a pipeline of recruits pursuing Life and/or Health insurance licensure
\n
• Guide candidates through study timelines, exam scheduling, and testing preparation
\n
• Provide structured coaching support via text, phone, emails, and virtual meetings
\n
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accountability with students
\n
• Prioritize candidates in time-sensitive stages (exam week, reschedules, post-pass processing)
\n
• Build professional relationships with agency partners
\n
• Accurately document all communication and activity in the CRM
\n
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to continuously improve pass rate performance
\n

Requirements

\n
• 2+ years of experience in a performance-driven role (coaching, recruiting, education, sales, training, or similar)
\n
• Comfortable managing multiple candidates and agency relationships simultaneously
\n
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across internal teams, recruits, and agency partners.
\n
• Proven ability to operate in a metrics-driven environment and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly performance KPIs surrounding exam pass metrics.
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
\n

Compensation for this role is based on experience and includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
