Multimedia Producer and Brand Storyteller Job Summary

Kaspar Outdoors is seeking a highly motivated, multi-talented Multimedia Producer and Brand Storyteller to support our Horizon Firearms brand. As the Multimedia Producer and Brand Storyteller, you will develop engaging digital assets that strengthen the brand and support strategic goals across social media, web, presentations, events, and other digital channels. This is a full-time position located in Bryan, Texas.

Multimedia Producer and Brand Storyteller Responsibilities

• Produce lifestyle, studio, and product photography.
• Capture and edit social media videos, reels, and other short-form digital content.
• Complete video editing and post-production for digital and presentation formats.
• Design digital graphics and supporting print assets across platforms.
• Create content for trade show booths, packaging, and brand initiatives.
• Operate video and camera equipment to deliver high-quality results.
• Optimize content for platform-specific formats and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver content that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador through consistent, on-brand content.
• Embrace new technology and AI-driven content and design tools.
• Maintain ownership and accountability for assigned projects.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Multimedia Producer and Brand Storyteller Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong eye for visual aesthetics, composition, and motion graphics.
• Excellent storytelling ability across digital media.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple timelines.
• Effective communicator and collaborative team member.

Multimedia Producer and Brand Storyteller Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, video production, and digital content creation.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, platform-optimized content.
• Experience with AI-based content creation tools is a plus.
• Portfolio of past work required.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events.

Work Environment

Primarily office-based with occasional work in manufacturing and outdoor areas. PPE is required in designated environments.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting/walking: 33–75% of the time.
• Stooping, bending, or twisting: 10–25% of the time.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. (0–33%).
