IT Project Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to join our team at Luminasadvisors. In this role, you'll lead a variety of technology-driven projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects on time and within budget.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to ensure project expectations are met.
Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports and project plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in a consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with standard office hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility required based on project demands.
