Job Description

To enhance employee capabilities and operational consistency, the full-time remote Corporate Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs while collaborating with various business functions to ensure effective learning experiences. Key responsibilities Lead the identification of training needs and develop tailored onboarding and training programs for new and existing employees Create and maintain engaging training content across key company systems and processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, continuously improving content and delivery methods Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field 3+ years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or related business functions Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate engaging adult-learning programs Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training evaluation methods Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms
